THE CONX APP
ConX is a construction labor sharing portal that will help contractors in the construction industry deal with the highs and lows of labor. ConX will help contractors maintain their core employees that they have invested a great deal of time and money in during slower times of business. ConX will decrease or nearly eliminate unemployment costs contractors are burdened with. ConX will also allow a contractor to easily fill labor gaps when business improves without the costly hiring process.
CONX SERVICES
ConX is an easy-to-use, easy-to-access web and app-based platform that provides assistance to contractors of all kinds that are dealing with labor issues, primarily over and understaffing. ConX has four key functions that help ConX members.

LOAN Employees
The first of these provides the contractors the ability to offer their employees that they are unable to keep busy, to other, busier contractors at a small profit. Typically, a contractor uses the extra labor to unnecessarily overstaff a project cutting into profits or lay them off losing that employee.

Borrow WORkers
The second is for the times when business is improving or increasing, and the contractor does not have adequate number of employees to manage the work load. Typically, in this case, contractors understaff projects risking missed completion dates and have their labor work overtime cutting deeply into profits. Here, ConX offers members the ability to search the database for extra labor to fill these gaps.

Plan the WORk
ConX provides a virtual whiteboard function that allows owners, project managers, and supervisors to assign employees and borrowed workers to jobs and to plan and monitor job costs. Time reporting, time approvals and invoicing is all built in to the platform so you have more time to get the work done.

HIRE WORKERS
Lastly, ConX also has an area for potential new hires to post resumes that the members will have access to when they are ready to grow. This area will have search functions that will expedite the search for the right fit reducing much cost in the hiring process.
